For what purpose and on what legal basis will we process your data?
Your personal data will be processed in order to enable you to use the Website. As a result, we have the pleasure of informing you about the profile, activities and achievements of the Law Office, which is a legally legitimate interest of the data administrator and is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data (Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR).

Legally legitimate interest of the Law Office, for which your personal data may be processed, is also the need to ensure security related to the functioning of the Website.

Possessing by Law Office your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, but it is necessary for you to use the Website. The processed data allow visitors to download information from the servers of the Website, ensure the correct functioning of the Website, as well as the security of data belonging to the Office.

How long will we keep your data?
Personal data will be processed until performance of lawful interests by the Law Office as the administrator of data, as described above, related to the processing of certain data.
